Aviation (ABV 42%)
A collaboration between bartender and distiller, named after the cocktail to honour this connection and its versatility in cocktails, Aviation belongs to an entirely new category of dry gins. These gins embody a shift away from the usual overabundance of juniper toward a more forward balance of botanicals. Aviation explores the rich, floral and savoury notes of lavender, cardamom, and sarsaparilla to capture the lushness, creativity, and freshness of the Pacific Northwest. A true American gin.

Bathtub (ABV 43.3%)
An award-winning gin, produced by the enigmatic Professor Cornelius Ableforth made using the traditional method of cold compounding in ultra-small batches. High quality copper pot-still spirit is infused with ingredients including: juniper, orange peel, coriander, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. If you’re looking for the ultimate gin for a G&T then you’ve just found it!

Beefeater 24 (ABV45%)
Crafted by Master Distiller Desmond Payne, the most experienced gin distiller in the world, Beefeater 24 is developed over 18 months and receives feedback from the some of the world’s foremost mixologists. The result is a perfectly balanced, complex and sophisticated gin. The inclusion of Japanese Sencha and Chinese Green Tea in the botanical mix distinguishes Beefeater 24 from any other gin.

Beefeater Boroughs Reserve (ABV 43%)
Small batch gin from Beefeater’s ‘Still Number 12’ (James Burrough’s original copper still with a capacity of just 268 litres) aged in ex-Bordeaux wine oak casks, both white and red. They recommended enjoying this gin neat and chilled.

Beefeater London Dry (ABV 40%)
Created by James Burrough in the 1800s. The name was inspired by the yeoman warders – also known as Beefeaters – who have always stood watch at the Tower of London.

Bols Genever (ABV 42%)
The grandfather of Gin, Bols Genever is a botanical distillate made with a malt wine base as opposed to a neutral spirit. The result combines the rich, full bodied texture of whisky with the herbal, botanical complexity of gin. Best served as a Dutch & Stormy, with Ginger beer on ice with a dash of Angostura Bitters. Garnished with Lime

Caorunn (ABV 41.80%)
Handcrafted small batch Gin made in the Speyside region of the Scottish Highlands. Caorunn (pronounced ka-roon), truly authentic, hand foraged botanicals infused in a Copper Berry Chamber & served with red apple

Chase Elegant (ABV 48%)
Elegant Gin is created by first pressing cider apples, fermenting the juice into cider, then distilling into Naked Chase Apple Vodka. The spirit is then distilled with 11 carefully considered wild botanicals, including juniper, angelica, orange and lemon peel, hops and elderflower, in a small Carter-Head Still (affectionately named “Ginny”).

Chilgrove (XR) (ABV 44%)
Handcrafted using traditional methods and distilled with natural mineral water filtered through the very chalk Downs which surround Chilgrove; this fine London Dry Gin marries only the finest botanicals together with a neutral spirit distilled from grapes. It is this unusual relationship which gives Chilgrove Gin its sophisticated character, whilst the perfectly balanced elect of flavours, truly make it the gin for all seasons.

Daffy’s (XR)(ABV 43.40%)
Daffy’s is a gin like no other, created from the finest French grain spirit, distilled on an ancient copper pot whisky still with Lebanese mint and the finest botanicals to create a gin that is classic, complex, perfectly balanced and fresh with a world of intrigue

Edinburgh (ABV 43%)
The finest example of London Dry style gin given a Scottish twist. Created with a carefully balanced blend of 13 botanicals for a distinctively soft Scottish flavour, featuring native heather, milk thistle and pine resulting in a little taste of Edinburgh…

Fifty Pounds (ABV 43.5%)
Named after the cost of the levy imposed on producers in the ‘1736 Gin Act’, a law to encourage production of quality gin and stop the Gin Craze. Fifty Pounds is a strikingly smooth, small-batch, classic London Dry style of gin made in London. With a beautiful balance between juniper spice and citrus notes, it is dry, clean and crisp. Bottled at 43.5% alcohol for a characterful gin, which stands out when mixed but is also smooth enough to drink neat.

Gin Mare(ABV 42.7%)
Praised by critics, this Spanish Gin is inspired by Mediterranean flavours, made with botanicals including Basil, Thyme, Rosemary and the Arberquina Olive.

Half Hitch (ABV 40%)
Made with a base that is blended from an intriguing combination of Malawian black tea, pepper, hay, English wood and bergamot to create one of Britain’s most iconic tea flavours – Earl Grey – an exotic yet quintessentially British taste. The name itself was inspired by the knots used to tie barges to the Lock.

Larios 12(ABV 40%)
The premium expression of one of the world’s most popular gin brands: Larios 12 is an exceptionally smooth gin  with a  refreshing crisp flavour. The balance of complex botanicals imparts a hint of sweetness complemented by delicate notes of orange blossom. Deliciously warm and spicy with a pleasant dry finish.

Malfy (XR) (ABV 41%)
Italian juniper are used with five other botanicals including coriander, angelica and cassia bark to give Malfy a delicious and refreshing bite – perfect on the rocks, in a gin and tonic or with your favourite Italian cocktail – Negroni or Martini.

Monkey 47 Schwarzald (ABV 47%)
Made using 47 hand-picked botanicals (including Cranberries from the Black Forest) and bottled at 47% ABV. Based on a recipe created by an RAF Wing Commander who retired to the Black Forest and created a gin with the botanicals in his back garden. He owned a pet monkey, hence the name

Plymouth – Navy Strength (XR) (ABV 57%)
Suppled to the Royal Navy for almost 200 years, this high strength gin is rich and packed full of flavour.

Plymouth (ABV 41.2%)
Since 1793 Plymouth has been distilled from a unique blend of 7 botanicals, soft Dartmoor water and pure grain alcohol at the historic Black Friars Distillery – the oldest working distillery in England. Plymouth Gin has a great depth of flavour with deep earthy notes and a wonderfully fresh juniper and lemony bite. It has a slight sweetness with extraordinary concentration and complexity. No single botanical dominates the overall flavour. The finish is long and dry.

Silent Pool (ABV 43%)
Botanicals include two types of juniper, a flower infusion of roses, camomile, kaffir lime leaves, elderflowers, and linden tree flowers, along with a pot of local honey from smoothness and  a combination of fresh and dry pair for a silky mouth feel.

Sipsmith V.J.O.P (ABV 57.7%)
If you love juniper, then this is for you. A desire to create the ultimate gin for juniper lovers took Sipsmiths on a mission to distil a ‘Very Junipery Over Proof Gin’. When increasing the flavour profile in a gin, it is essential to match it with a rise in ABV. At 57.7% ABV this juniper-forward gin uses triple the amount of juniper berries to their London Dry Gin. .

Slingsby London Dry (XR) (ABV 42%)
From the Yorkshire town of Harrogate, using 24 carefully selected botanicals sourced both locally and from across the globe. The 17 locally-sourced are supplied by Taylors of Harrogate and Rudding Park kitchen garden in Harrogate which include: green and jasmine tea, rhubarb, sage, nettle and sweet cicely.

Star of Bombay London Dry (ABV 42%)
Featuring botanicals that will be familiar to the fans of Bombay Sapphire, this gin has a more punchy flavour profile. Using some new botanticals in bergamot and ambrette seed and bottled at 47.5% the Star of Bombay really does stand out well, espcially in cocktails.

Tanqueray (ABV 43.1%)
When Charles Tanqueray established his Bloomsbury distilery in 1830, he laid down the foundadtions for what would become on of the world’s most iconic gins. Tanqueray is a smooth, delicious premium London dry gin with an array of botanicals and a grapefruit peel edge housed in a classically designed green bottle

Tanqueray No. 10 (ABV 47.3%)
Named after the still number of its origin, Tanqueray No. 10 gin is a homage to the passion and attention to detail that Charles Tanqueray stood for. Crafted with the perfect martini in mind.

The Botanist Gin (ABV 46%)
Handcrafted and distilled on the Scottish island of Islay, The Botanist is a progressive exploration of the island’s botanical heritage.  Nine classic gin botanicals are augmented by 22 hand-foraged herbs and flowers, all collected responsibly by their own botanical scientists. The Botanist’s rich, smooth and delicate flavours deliver a gin of layered depth and complexity.

Twisted Nose Winchester Dry (XR)(ABV 40%)
“Distilled in the picturesqe town of Winchester, this small batch gin combines ten botanicals including juniper, grapefruit zest, cassia bark, fennel seed, orris, angelica, lavender and, most notably, locally-grown watercress to create a spirit that is intense, fragrant and refreshing.The Romans knew watercress as Nasturtium, meaning “twisted nose”, from which the gin takes its name”

Warner Edwards Victoria’s Rhubarb  (XR)(ABV 40%)
“Made using a crop of rhubarb originally grown in the kitchen garden of Buckingham palace during the reign of Queen Victoria. The rhubarb juice is extracted using a traditional fruit press and blended with Harrington Dry Gin to produce an alluring pink gin that is voluptuous on the palate with a sweet and tangy royal rhubarb explosion.Enjoy with plenty of ice and your favourite tonic, or ginger ale. Authentic British craft at its best.

Williams Aged Sloe & Mulberry (ABV 29%)
Inspired by decidedly British flavours. Hand picked fresh from Herefordshire hedgerows, sloe berries are marinated in our bespoke gin blend, with a selection of botanicals that draw out the rich fruit flavour. Finally, tart, succulent mulberries are added – a unique and rare taste. Best served with Bitter Lemon & a twist of Orange.

Williams Pink Grapefruit (ABV 40%)
A spectacular pairing of pomelo and pink grapefruits with their award-winning GB gin. Floral and zesty, a wave of tartness hits your tongue first, followed by a juicy kick of grapefruit peel. Subtle hints of juniper round out the flavour”
