Roast turkey with sage, onion and cranberry stuffing, pigs in blankets, proper roasties, cauliflower cheese, steamed carrots and curly kale, roast gravy

Gressingham confit duck leg with slowly braised red cabbage, chestnut mash and a duck and orange jus

Pan-roasted fillet of salmon, hot smoked salmon, tiger prawns, Scotch whisky sauce

Roasted vegetable and goats cheese tart with fresh market vegetables
